Welcome to Suite Macao, a sanctuary of serenity located on the ground floor of a contemporary, architect-designed villa. Nestled at an altitude of 850 meters on the heights of Saint-Eustache, it shares the same private estate and spectacular Lake Annecy views as the Loft, in a more intimate format.

Bathed in natural light through large floor-to-ceiling windows, the Suite echoes the surrounding alpine landscapes through its noble, natural materials.

Living area: an open-concept reception space opening onto a private terrace, fully furnished for al fresco dining or sunbathing on the loungers.
Kitchen: fully equipped with a traditional oven, induction cooktop, and espresso machine.
Bedrooms: two exceptionally quiet bedrooms. Luxury bedding crafted in Brittany (queen-size beds, 160×200), plus a sofa bed.
Bathroom: walk-in rain shower; separate restrooms.
Comfort: underfloor heating (heat pump), electric shutters, fully equipped laundry room, dedicated mudroom/wardrobe.
