Our story

One family, one lake, one villa

Passionate lovers of the Annecy region for over 20 years, we carefully explored every shoreline, every village, every hidden corner of the lake before finding this place, on the heights of Saint-Eustache. It offered everything we were looking for: immediate proximity to the lake, direct access to the mountains, and completely preserved nature.

The name "Macao" has nothing to do with Asia — it's a much more personal nod: it brings together the initials of our own first names and those of our three children, who grew up here and share the same love for this place. After so many years shaping our family memories here, we're delighted to open the doors of this home and share this alpine sweetness of life with you.
